Local 5th generation Floridian Marty Baum gives a one-man performance as William Butler who came to the Lake Worth area in the 1870s to hunt local wildlife during the Plume Hunting. From about 1870-1920, hunters were killing non-game birds for their feathers for women's hats. This performance is in support of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County's special exhibit Feather Wars; Surviving Fashion from November 2010-August 2011.
